Ludwigia brevipes

A hardy mid-ground plant which has to be pruned regularly to keep compact. Low nitrates with high phosphate will make the plant reddish.

Nymphaea sp. Leopard

A beautiful and very varied species from West Africa with leaves of green to red-brown and varying numbers of purple spots. Can grow from 20-80 cm tall.

Najas roraima

Under high light and nutrient dosing, the tip of the plant turns red. The leaves have dotted pattern. Care must be taken as the stems of this delicate plant can break off easily. They can also be kept as floating plant.

Utricularia graminifolia

Requires very bright light. CO2 injection and adequate nutrient dosing helps this plant to do well in the aquarium. Size 5 X 5 cm

Important: This is a very delicate and sensitive plant so damages during transit is very high.

Cryptocoryne Parva

Smallest cryptocoryne sp which can be used as a foreground plant. Unlike other cryptocoryne sp this plant requires high light.

Hygrophila polysperma 'rosanervig'

This plant with bright pink leaves grows fast in bright light. Can be grown in various aquarium conditions.
