Welcome to Sreepadma.com. Sreepadma.com will provide its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at sreepadma.com you accept these terms and conditions. We request you to please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future sreepadma.com service or visit or purchase from any businesses associated with Sreepadma.com, whether or not included in the Sreepadma.com website, you will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

In these Terms and Conditions references to “you”, “Your”,”User” shall mean the end user accessing this website, its contents and using the Services offered through this website (Sreepadma.com), and the references “We”, “Us” and “Our” shall mean Sreepadma.com.

Terms and Conditions relating to the sale of the plants to you:

Our Contract

Your order is an offer to us to buy the plant(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a plant from us, you will receive an e-mail conformation of your order, containing the details of the plants purchased. The email confirmation is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order, and in no way confirms the acceptance of your offer to buy the plant(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the sale after we receive the payment in full for the plant(s) ordered, dispatch the plant(s) and then send out an email confirming dispatch of the plant(s) to you. If your order is dispatched in more than one package you may receive a separate e-mail confirmation for each package. So we request you to please check the details of the plant(s) ordered in each email.

Eligibility Criteria

The services of Sreepadma.com are only available to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are incompetent of fulfilling the terms of the contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 i.e. minors, etc. are not eligible to use the website. Sreepadma reserves the right to terminate your membership account and / or refuse to provide you access to the website if it brought to Sreepadma’s notice that you are not eligible to form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872. If you are a minor as per the law, you may purchase from us only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Communications

When you send e-mails, other data material or communication to us or use the website, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order from us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by any other method of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications as stated above from us with respect to your purchase / order.

Shipping:

Plants will be shipped the next day after the order is placed and a full payment confirmation is received. We ship on all days of the week except for Thursday ( Orders outside Kerala), Friday, Sunday and public holidays. You may be required to collect the shipment from the nearest courier office to avoid delivery delays. We need to keep in mind that plants are perishable.

If the plant(s) that you place an order for is/ are not available, we will promptly call / inform you electronically within two working days of your purchase and fully refund the money for the out of stock item or replace it with a plant(s) of your choice and of the same value.

Payment Options

Sreepadma will allow users to purchase plant(s) using only the following forms of payment.

• Credit Cards
• Debit cards
• Net Banking
• UPI

Payments have to be made in full and the items will be shipped only after we receive the payment confirmation. Please note that payments can only be made in India Rupees and all the above payment instruments must have been issued by legal entities that are subject to Indian regulations and are operational in India

Delivery time:

Sreepadma sends out shipments on all days of the week except Thursday,Friday, Sunday and public holidays. If you place an order with us before 1:00 a.m. we will ship the item out on the next working day. After that the delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.

Sreepadma will not be held accountable for the following delivery failures:

-> Delay of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances by the courier company.

->Failed delivery attempts: Usually a delivery is attempted 3 times before the package is returned. We request you to make sure that you are available to receive your package in the 1st attempt itself as plant(s) are perishable and need immediate care an attention as soon as they reach you. If we receive the package back due to failed delivery, it will be considered as a sale anyways and no refund will be issued.

->Incorrect Address: Sreepadma does not take responsibility if the delivery address furnished by you to us is incorrect or outdated. We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses. If the package is returned to us due to these reasons it will be considered as a sale and no refund will be issued.

->Risk of loss: All plant(s) purchased from Sreepadma are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

->Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift, please make sure that the addressee is aware of the package arriving. If the package is refused and returned to us due to whatever reason, it will still be considered as a sale and no refund will be issued.

-> We do not have a return policy as plants are perishable goods.

-> If the shipment is not delivered within the expected time, please follow up with the courier company and also inform us.

-> Plants are shipped by priority shipping and plant care products by surface shipping

Packing and Shipping charges

We offer discounts on shipping charges on orders above Rs 3000/-

Minimum order

We only accept orders starting from Rs 500/- and above. This amount is not inclusive of shipping. The total value of the plant(s) purchased has to be a minimum of Rs 500/- inclusive of taxes

Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Rupees (INR). The prices are inclusive of all taxes. The shipping charges will be included later with the total amount if the value of your purchase is below Rs 3000/-

If the plant(s) that you purchased is/are not available, we will promptly call / inform you electronically within two working days of your purchase and fully refund the money for the out of stock item(s).

Cancellation

All cancellation requests have to reach us on or before 1:00 a.m. of the shipping day. All you need to do is send us a cancellation request on info@sreepadma.com with your order number.

Return Policy:

We do not have DOA, refund or return policy as plants are perishable goods.

User Account, Password and Security

Upon completion of the registration process on Sreepadma.com, you will receive your username and password. If you use this siteyou are solely accountable for limiting access to your computer, maintaining the privacy of your username and password and are completely responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We request you to immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security. Sreepadma.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove, edit content or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Sreepadma.com cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the terms and conditions.

We request you to please read our Privacy notice which also directs your use of Sreepadma.com and enables you to understand our policies and practices. All the information that you provide us when you use the website will be treated as strictly confidential, in agreement with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the applicable laws and regulations.
