Lagenandra nairii ‘Compact’ is endemic to Chalakkudy, Kerala and is quite unique for its stunning compact growing habit; obviously the compact in Lagenandra varieties.

This can be grown submersed as well as emerged in paludariums/ terrariums/ photospheres etc.

The long thin shaped leaves of this plant makes it ideal for midground or background of the aquarium.

This plant is not very hard to keep, but will do best with CO2 injection. Multiply by lateral shoots.
