This plant grows faster in bright light conditions and CO2 injection. Should be planted in small groups to make a bush.

Cuphea anagalloidea

Cuphea anagalloidea is a small, demanding stem plant. Its shoots grow around 1.5 to 2 cm wide, measured from leaf tip to leaf tip. The striking red colour on the upper side of the submersed leaves is most intensive under strong light, and it can look like it was brushed on. The red leaves often have small green spots.

Staurogyne spatulata

A new Staurogyne sp which grows tall. Requires high light and CO2 to grow dense.

Under bright light and adequate dosing, this plants grow out to form a bush and forms side shoots.

This beautiful plant can be used as transition plant from midground to background. Under very high light, the leaves tip turns reddish.

Echinodorus Parviflorus "Tropica"

With bright light, CO2 injection and adequate nutrient dosing, is required for this plant to do well in the aquarium. Regular pruning is required.
