Good choice for Dutch aquariums. Requires high light, CO2 and nutrients to bring out the color. Clean and clear water is required as debris may clog the fine leaves.

Undemanding plant but will do very well in nutrient rich substrate, bright light, CO2 and adequate nutrient dosing.

This plant is not very hard to keep, but will do best with CO2 injection. Multiply by lateral shoots.

This large plant is suited for large aquariums. Regular pruning is required.

Smallest cryptocoryne sp which can be used as a foreground plant. Unlike other cryptocoryne sp this plant requires high light.

Under high light and adequate nutrients dosing this plants leaves turn purple red. Easy to propagate through cuttings.

Hygrophila odora

Hygrophila odora is similar to difformis but differs by their narrower form. A nutrient rich substrate, water column nutrient dosing, adequate lights and CO2 injection will bring the best out of this plant.
